What’s the process for renting a Seabob?
Select your Seabob online and complete the payment. We’ll send you a confirmation email with the **return location** and **pickup time**. We offer free delivery and pickup within a 50 km radius of Split! For longer distance or special requests, just send us a message- we’re happy to help.The system is designed for convenience, allowing you to adjust the rental period as needed.
Absolutely! The Seabob is user-friendly, and most people master it within minutes. During delivery, we provide a hands-on demonstration and a quick-start guide.
Flexible options are available—rent for a single day or extend your adventure over multiple days.

Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Age & Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • A valid photo ID (passport or national ID card) is required
  • Swimming ability and good physical condition are mandatory
  • Use is at your own risk
2. Liability & Safety

The renter is fully responsible for any damages caused by improper use No insurance is included unless specifically booked A safety briefing is mandatory prior to use.

3. Security Deposit
  • A €500 ( €100 GoPro ) deposit is required at the start of the rental (cash or credit card)
  • The deposit will be refunded in full upon proper return of the equipment in its original
    condition.
  • Any damages, missing accessories, or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.
  • The renter will be notified of deductions with photographic evidence and a repair/replacement
    cost breakdown.
  • If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter agree to cover the additional charges.
4. Usage Rules & Restrictions
  • Use is only permitted in designated bodies of water
  • No use allowed in rough seas, poor weather conditions, or at night
  • Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited before and during operation
  • The SEABOB may not be transferred to third parties
5. Rental Period & Return

The SEABOB must be returned on time as agreed Late returns will be charged as an additional rental day Equipment must be returned clean and undamaged

6. Cancellations

Up to 7 days before rental start: free cancellation Up to 48 hours before: 50% refund Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund

7. GoPro Rental (Optional)

In case of loss or damage, the renter is liable for the full value of the equipment Video file transfer is optional – we do not accept responsibility for lost data

8. Acceptance

By placing a booking, the renter confirms full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9. Loss, Theft & Downtime Compensation

In the event of loss, theft, or total damage to the SEABOB or any included accessories (e.g., GoPro, mounting equipment, charger), the renter is fully liable for the current market value of the affected item. This value is determined based on the replacement cost at the time of the incident. Furthermore, the renter agrees to compensate the rental provider for any resulting downtime,
meaning confirmed future bookings that cannot be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the unit. Downtime compensation is calculated based on the standard daily rental price for the affected
period. In case of theft, the renter is required to file a police report immediately and inform the rental provider without delay.
